Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your FIL DE VIE pieces, so if they do not fit or are defective, we will accept returns, refunds or exchanges on merchandise if return authorization is requested within 48 hours of receiving your items. Additionally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must email info@fildevie.com for return authorization and we will email you a return shipping label.
International Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your FIL DE VIE pieces, so if they do not fit or are defective, we will accept international returns, refunds or exchanges on merchandise, but please note that international orders are not eligible for complimentary returns or exchanges. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.
Please review our sizing descriptions or reach out to info@fildevie.com with any sizing or fit questions you may have to avoid potential returns or exchanges. It must also be in the original packaging and you must email info@fildevie.com for return authorization and we will provide the return address, if return authorization is requested within 48 hours of receiving your items. Additionally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We replace items if they do not fit, are damaged or defective. If you need to proceed with an exchange for the same item, send us an email at Info@fildevie.com and we will issue a return label to you via email.
